SamBright App Privacy Policy

SamBright (Samudre Solutions, LLC) provides the SamBright App, a private business operations platform that helps service businesses manage their strategy, marketing, team, and performance in one place. This policy explains what information the SamBright App collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the SamBright App available at app.sambright.com.
Information we collect
Account information. When your workspace is created, we collect your name and email address so you can sign in and collaborate with your team.
Workspace content. Information you and your team enter into the app, such as business plans, tasks, procedures, meeting notes, key performance indicators, and uploaded financial documents. This content belongs to you.
Google user data (with your permission). If an administrator connects a Google account, the SamBright App accesses the following data through Google's APIs, in read-only form: Google Analytics data (such as sessions, users, and top pages), Google Search Console data (such as search queries, clicks, and impressions), and Google Ads data (such as campaign spend, clicks, and conversions). We request only read access. The app cannot modify, create, or delete anything in your Google accounts.
How we use your information
We use this information for one purpose: to operate the SamBright App for your workspace. Google data is used solely to display your own marketing performance back to you and your authorized team members inside your private dashboard, and to generate reports and recommendations about your own business. We do not sell your information. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not share your information with third parties except for the service providers that host and operate the app's infrastructure (such as our database, hosting, and email delivery providers), who process it only on our behalf.
The SamBright App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI features. Some features of the SamBright App use artificial intelligence to generate content, such as drafting procedures or summarizing your business data. Your data is processed by our AI provider solely to generate those outputs for your workspace and is not used to train AI models.
Storage and security
Your data is stored in secure, access-controlled databases. Google access credentials are stored server-side, are never exposed in your browser, and are protected by workspace-level access controls. Each workspace's data is isolated: members of one workspace cannot access another workspace's information, and within a workspace, sensitive information such as financial data is restricted to administrator roles.
Your choices and data deletion
You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the app's Settings page, which deletes the stored Google credentials and stops all data syncing. You can also revoke the SamBright App's access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of your workspace and its data, or to ask any question about this policy, contact us at support@sambright.com and we will respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and note the change within the app.
